Chase bank atm

Chase gives back.

Chase bank building.

A bank where every customer is treated like a wealthy investor.

First of all I would like to point out that I have no relationship whatsoever with Chase bank other than having been a customer for many years now.I don't work for Chase nor do I have any family member that works there.I am by no means a financial expert or have any knowledge of the technical operational structure of financial institutions, but along the years and throughout my life I have as everyone in the United States been a customer and utilized the services provided by many different banks ,some which are still in business and some which have been bought out, absorbed or have fallen by the wayside .The way I became a customer of Chase was rather fortuitous ,because I used to have my checking account at Bank of New York, which was the bank where my direct deposit paycheck was deposited, and I was very happy with their services because whenever you walked into any branch you were treated like if the few dollars you had in your account at any given moment were keeping The Bank of New York as a solvent banking institution. The same could be said about their phone banking service, never had I a situation where at any time of the day or night I would call their phone banking number and the person at the other end of the line would not either solve the problem I presented them with or immediately transfer me to the person with the knowledge and authority to do so.Because I was so satisfied with the way The Bank of New York treated me as a customer, I was very skeptical when Chase bought The Bank ,but over time my fear proved to be unfounded ,since Chase did not only maintained the great customer service Bank of New York provided, but even improved it.That may not seem like a big deal to you, because you would think that any company would want to grow their customer base and have a satisfied clientele in order for the company to grow and expand their market share, but unfortunately that is not always the case.Let me give you an example,I currently have a checking account with Valley National Bank, which is an important banking institution here in New Jersey where I live, and the reason is because that is the bank my employer uses for my direct deposit, which goes into my account every Thursday morning as it has for the past four years .The personnel at our branch is friendly enough and are helpful in the measure that they are allowed by the bank hierarchy ,but if a payment is supposed to come out of my account and is short even by a small amount the bank will not pay it,and still charge me the overdraft fee. There is nothing wrong with that, they have a policy and they follow proper procedure. Here is the difference with Chase, they look at my account information, they see that I have been a customer for over a decade and even though I don't have overdraft protection they will make the payment, and if I make the deposit before 8:00 PM that night they will not charge me the overdraft fee,not only that ,but Chase also has a policy of as a courtesy to their customer returning an overdraft fee right into the customer's account every once in while if you request it.

All about the money?

Above and beyond.

The fact that Chase is willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of the customer has earned my loyalty as a customer, and so that is why I have with them not only my checking account, but also my savings account , and had all my children open an account as soon as they were old enough to do so.And that is the bank where I transfer the money from my paycheck as soon as it is available and the account I use for all my payments.I have been a worker all my life,so I don't know how billionaires are treated by other banks, but I have the satisfaction of dealing with a banking institution that treats the working man and the middle class customer as if we were members of the select club of world magnates.So......, is there any doubt in which bank I would deposit my millions if I were ever to hit the Powerball or the Mega Millions?
